Foleshill House Supported Living is an 8-bedroom, step-down property offering supported living services for adults between the ages of 25 and 45 years who are facing day-to-day challenges with mental health support needs, recovering from alcohol and illicit substances, have been detained under the Mental Health Act or subject to Home Office or Ministry of Justice Restrictions.

Our team of friendly, trained and experienced support workers led by a dedicated manager will ensure that your stay at Foleshill House will be a beneficial and memorable experiance.

Foleshill House, 300A Foleshill Road, is located in Coventry. It benefits from excellent access to local amenities and transport facilities.

The property is set over three floors and provides 2 en-suite double-sized bedrooms, 2 double-sized and 4 Single-sized fully furnished bedrooms; 3 shared bathrooms, a lounge, a dining area, Kitchen.

It also boasts of a spacious garden area with a sheltered space to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.

Who has tenancy in supported living?

Tenancy typically belongs to the person receiving support rather than the support provider in supported living arrangements.

Foleshill House Supported Living is a step-down service to prepare individuals for independent living, providing you with skills, such as maintaining a clean and tidy space, contributing to utility expenses and managing personal budgets.  

An individual will have a tenancy agreement and expected to uphold the stipulations of the tenancy.

  • A dedicated key Support worker, chosen by the service user, that will work with them to set goals throughout the year. Our key workers will help to build their service users’ confidence, and develop their independence skills.
  • A personal support plan (PSP) that each service user will develop with their dedicated key worker.
  • A range of group activities and outings are encouraged, helping service users to develop socially.
  • Opportunities to visit the cinema or go for a meal, even to go and see a game of football as a small group.
  • Personalised 1-2-1 support, including help with managing their Community Treatment Order (CTO) medicines and monthly blood tests, employment, college homework, preparing meals, etc.
  • Support with budgeting skills, including paying bills and debts, applying for benefits, and developing a budgeting plan.
  • Encouragement to keep in touch with family, friends, and local community.
